Job Type: Part time (Job Share) 14 hours per week, working Thursday and Friday increasing to 21 hours per week (3 days) at some point during 2017

Location: Merton Business Park, Foxholes Road, Leicester, LE3 1TH

Salary: £7070.00 per annum (@ 14 hours)

Start Date: As soon as possible

Closing Date: January 20th

Merton Group UK Ltd are a manufacturer of premium recycled hygiene disposable paper products and distributors of cleaning and hygiene products.

We require a well-motivated, enthusiastic person to join our busy Accounts Department.

The role is varied and will include:

  • Bought ledger duties
  • Dealing with expense invoices
  • Computerised cheque runs
  • Preparation of month end close downs
  • Managing petty cash and claims
  • Maintaining Company cash book
  • Reconciliation of Company credit card transactions

This position represents an ideal opportunity for a candidate to fully utilise their experience, presenting a challenge whilst at the same time offering job satisfaction. 

Skills required:

  • Experience in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel
  • Sound administration skills
  • Good team player
  • A willingness to learn
  • Experience in Accounts environment essential
