Standard Delivery Definition

A ‘Standard Delivery’ is an order placed to your normal lead time, delivered door to door, any time between 9am and 5pm working weekdays within that lead time. 

Anything outside of that standard delivery criteria may incur additional delivery costs. This includes specific timing of deliveries, over the threshold ‘white glove’ deliveries, ‘hand balling’ of items, rubbish/packaging/pallet removal, and weekend deliveries.

Lead times do not include weekends or Bank Holidays.

Orders will be subject to minimum values/quantities to qualify for free shipping. Orders below minimums will be subject to carriage charges.
