HR Co-ordinator

Merton Group UK Ltd requires an experienced administrator for this job-sharing role. The successful candidate will be providing HR administration together with administrative service to the Directors.

Responsibilities of the role
• Provide HR administrative services ensuring discretion and confidentiality
• Managing HR Compliance for all employees.
• Assist with Company recruitment process from start to finish.

Skills required:

  • HR experience essential
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Sound administration skills
  • Professional communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage your own workload
  • Discretion is a pre requisite
  • Maintaining absolute confidentiality
  • Flexibility
  • Ability to multi task
