Job Type: Part time permanent. 14 hours per week Monday and Tuesday 9.00am to 4.30pm

Purchase Ledger Co-ordinator

Merton Group UK Ltd are a manufacturer of premium recycled disposable paper products and distributors of cleaning and hygiene products.  We require a Purchase Ledger Co-ordinator, this role is varied and will include:

  • Bought ledger duties
  • Dealing with expense invoices
  • Computerised cheque runs
  • Preparation of month end close downs
  • Petty Cash
  • Maintaining Company cash book
  • Reconciliation of Company credit card transactions

The role:

  • Experience in Microsoft Office
  • Sound administration skills
  • Good team player
  • A willingness to learn
  • Experience in Accounts environment essential
