All drivers must check vehicle before use daily. All defects to be reported and report number recorded below.

Failure to complete pre use inspection of vehicles may be considered as serious misconduct and lead to disciplinary action being taken. Driving an unroadworthy vehicle may be considered as gross misconduct and lead to your dismissal.
